Hi, I’m Jonathan Lo – a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer.
I have over a decade of experience leading digital marketing efforts at multi-billion dollar organizations such as World Vision, Overstock, and Bed Bath & Beyond, and have managed over $50 million in annual advertising spend across millions of products, resulting in higher conversion rates, revenue, and market share.
Now, I’m taking that experience to help consumer retail eCommerce businesses like yours grow.
Alongside a master’s degree in management from Harvard University, I invest my time learning from and contributing to communities such as Harvard’s Innovation Labs, Y Combinator’s Startup School, and CMOx. I have also earned certifications from the McKinsey Management Program.
What is a Fractional CMO?
A Fractional CMO is a part-time executive who runs your marketing team and is responsible for all of your marketing outcomes.
A great Fractional CMO will find out what your goals are, what has worked so far, and create a comprehensive marketing plan to achieve those goals.
Along the way, they will make sure your team is performing well and in good spirits. They’ll also put in the systems and processes to make your marketing department a reliable asset to your company.
That’s what I do with Salt Foundry for consumer retail eCommerce companies. I’d love to hear what your goals are and help you reach them with marketing that gets results.
