Point-In-Time Strategy

By spending half a day with your organization, Jonathan will deliver a Point-In-Time (PIT) Strategy, which involves:

  • Running a 4-hour Strategy Session for your team using proven problem-solving and marketing frameworks to focus your strategy

  • Delivering a prioritized marketing campaign list with KPI targets for the next 1-6 months

  • Sprint planning calls and marketing campaign reviews

  • Unlimited email correspondence
